With regards to conferences, the terms and conditions are:
Please note: Conference registrations are non-refundable but are transferable to family and friends.
The Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd office must be advised in writing of any transfer, or change to your registration before the first day of the conference month. You are able to transfer your registration only once to another person. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.
Group Registrations
For those who have registered groups of 15 or more adults and have not provided full details of each group member, you must provide those details in writing by the last day of the month before the conference. Registrations of 15 or more people must be received at the same time and paid for in the one transaction in order to receive the 10% discount. No additional people can be added to the group booking after the payment has been processed.Registrations
Online and telephone registrations will close on the Friday before the conference to allow adequate time to process registrations and receive confirmations of registrations prior to the conference. All registrations after that will need to be purchased at the door. There is no guarantee of at the door tickets if the conference has sold out beforehand.GST
The registration price of the conference does not include GST as the conference is considered a ‘Religious Service’. Should you require a tax invoice for your records please photocopy your registration form prior to returning it to us or print your online invoice.Visas
If you require assistance with a Visa to attend the conference, please contact the Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd office in writing by the first day of the month before conference month. No assistance will be given after this date. Assistance will come in the form of a confirmation letter sent to you via fax or email and Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd will notify Australian Immigration on your behalf of your intention to attend the Downpour Conference.Privacy Policy

The conference experience will be captured in both photographs and video. Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd recommends that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights &/or accommodation. Revolution Christian Ministries Ltd does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred for flights &/or accommodation booked for the conference. The organisers of Downpour Conference reserve the right to change any of the published conference details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the conference.If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by the first day of the conference month.
